Project Overview

Data Vision, led by an individual Business Intelligence consultant, engaged GCF to identify the ideal market for specialized BI services. The initial hypothesis was to target "Traditional Big Businesses."

We launched a Client Discovery Phase using a basic test lead page and targeted ad campaigns. The goal was not just lead volume, but market validation: discovering which business segment actually held the highest intent for BI consultancy.

Discovery Phase: Strategy & Insights

Google Ads (Discovery)
  • Scope: 01 Campaign targeting businesses across India.
  • Focus: Captured high-intent queries related to BI implementation.
  • Result: Generated ~15 Leads.
Key Insight: Revealed "Enterprise Businesses" as the true high-intent audience, disproving the initial "Traditional Biz" hypothesis.
Meta Ads (Test)
  • Scope: 01 Test Campaign targeting businesses specifically around Bangalore.
  • Goal: Local awareness and lead quality testing.
  • Result: Generated ~06 Leads.
Role: Served as a secondary validation channel for local demand.
Current Phase: Annual Revamp
  • Web Upgrade: Replacing the test page with a Custom Quality Conversion-Focused lead page.
  • Strategy Shift: Pivoting fully to "Enterprise Business" targeting based on discovery data.
  • Scale: Launching high-intent performance marketing solutions.
