Ocean Texer Group required a scalable digital vertical to drive sales for their luxury real estate portfolio across North and East Bangalore (Rajajinagar, Yelahanka, Whitefield, Old Madras Road, Rajanukunte).
The challenge was to manage multiple high-ticket projects (₹1 Cr to ₹3 Cr+) while minimizing budget overruns. We implemented a High-Intent Lead Generation strategy, combining conversion-focused design with performance marketing to ensure only qualified buyers entered the funnel.

Performance Marketing (Google)
- Scope: 5 Campaigns across all ticket sizes (₹1Cr – ₹3Cr+).
- Strategy: Targeting high intent searches for qualified leads rather than broad volume.
- Optimization: Minimized budget overruns through precision keyword management.
- Result: 74 Leads generated, resulting in 31 Site Visits.

Meta Ads (Experiment)
- Scope: 1 Campaign for North Bangalore (₹1 Cr+ Project).
- Outcome: 30 Leads generated, resulting in only 02 Site Visits.
- Insight: Validated that Search Intent (Google) is superior for high-ticket closing.
Social Success Rate: ~7% (Lead-to-Visit Ratio)
